Chiangmai bistro was launched in May 2015 by Goya Griffiths. Chiangmai bistro's name comes from the name of the city in the north of Thailand, also known as 'Rose of the North' which is where Goya was born and raised. In March 2019 the Bistro changed its name to Goya.
The purpose of Goya Bistro is to bring the authentic taste of Chiangmai food and classic Thai dishes to our customers. The interior design of the bistro incorporates the classic feel of Northern Thailand along with contemporary decor.
The bistro has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, on which many of our customers have complimented. Along with the great tasting authentic Thai meals, this is another reason why customers look forward to returning many more times.
At Goya Bistro, we would never use MSG in our cooking. We only use the best British meat and finest, freshest ingredients in our dishes. We are dedicated to making sure you have a great experience and cover all your needs. If you would like to try something a little different, be it SPICY or NON SPICY just let us know.
